		<description>This is sad news indeed.  I have a good friend who works for my local Borders, and I used to visit there quite often.  

I have a B&#38;N membership for two reasons: 1) It pays for itself in about a week, and 2) since my company pays for my books and deals with B&#38;N, I get to same the company some cash-ola.  They like that.
